Yes! We provide Free 2-day shipping on all orders placed directly on our website.

What should I do if my package is lost in transit?

For standard orders or warranty returns, please note that we are not responsible for shipments lost by the carrier. We highly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information and reaching out to the carrier immediately if a delivery issue arises.

What is FemmeFunn’s return policy for sex toys?

For strict sanitary, health, and safety reasons, all sales are final. Products purchased on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Can I return a FemmeFunn product I bought from another store or website?

No. Products purchased from our authorized retailers are subject entirely to that specific retailer's return policies. FemmeFunn has no obligation to accept or process returns for items bought outside our direct website, except for valid warranty claims.

What happens if I bought a toy from a private seller or unauthorized site?

We have zero responsibility for any products purchased through private sales, auctions, or non-authorized retailers. Our company policies, customer support, and limited warranties do not apply to these items under any circumstances.

Limited 1-Year Warranty

Do FemmeFunn products come with a warranty?

Yes, we stand behind our quality. FemmeFunn offers a Limited 1-Year Warranty to the original purchaser, starting from the original date of purchase.

What exactly does the FemmeFunn warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, provided the product has been stored, handled, and maintained according to the instructions in the official User Manual included with your toy.

What is not covered under the 1-year warranty?

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from physical or chemical abuse (like using harsh, unapproved cleansers), thermal damage from extreme heat or cold, normal wear and tear (like scratches or stains), or mere dissatisfaction with the product's appearance. It also does not cover damage that occurs while the toy is in the customer's possession.

If my warranty claim is approved, do I get a refund or a replacement?

At our option, we will either replace the exact product or provide you with a substantially similar style or model if your original toy is no longer available. Cash refunds are not issued for warranty claims.

Does a replacement toy extend my warranty period?

No. Any replaced product remains subject only to the remaining time on the original one (1) year warranty from your original purchase date. A replacement does not start a new warranty period.

How do I open a warranty claim for a defective toy?

To file a claim, please email us directly at info@femmefunn.com. You must include your full name, your current address, a description of the defect, and a copy of your proof of purchase from us or an authorized retailer.

Who covers the shipping costs for a warranty replacement?

Once we confirm your proof of purchase via email, we will give you instructions on how to send the item back to us. Returning the product to our facility is your responsibility and must be done at your own expense.
