At FemmeFunn, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and fun as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer free FedEx Express (2 Day) shipping to all orders over $50. While most packages arrive within 2 business days after leaving our warehouse, delivery times are ultimately determined by FedEx. FemmeFunn is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, lost shipments, or other circumstances outside of our control. All other orders are shipped via USPS.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at info@femmefunn.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
