How to Use the Momenta
A quick note from your sexpert friends: While Kegel exercises can be incredibly beneficial, not everyone needs them, and doing them incorrectly can sometimes do more harm than good. To make sure you're on the right track for your unique body, we always recommend chatting with a doctor or a pelvic floor therapist before starting a new Kegel routine.
Before you begin, make sure your Momenta and its remote are fully charged. For a smooth and comfortable experience, apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the silicone balls.
Find a comfortable position, either lying down or standing, and gently insert the balls one at a time. The small, external power pack will rest comfortably outside your body. Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles (the same ones you use to stop the flow of urine) to hold the balls in place. You’ll feel the subtle weight of the rattling ball and the gentle pressure of the vibrating one.
Use the remote to turn on the vibrations. Explore the 10 patterns as you perform your Kegel exercises, squeezing and releasing. The vibrations provide a pleasurable reward and help you stay aware of your muscles. You can also wear them as you walk around the house.
