If an item you purchased from us is found to be defective within 14 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item.
Please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase to inform us of the problem, and include your proof of purchase/receipt. When making a return, you must include the product, any remote, all original materials and inserts, and original product box. We will email you instructions for the return. You are responsible for the shipping costs to us, and we are not responsible if the package is lost before it reaches us. We strongly suggest you make any return by a tracked shipping method, and purchase insurance for the shipment.
After 14 days, a defective product within the FemmeFunn collection may be covered by our 1 year Limited Warranty. Please review our Limited Warranty, along with instructions for making a warranty claim, here.
Please note, products purchased from our authorized retailers are subject to their return policies and we have no obligation to accept such returns, other than for reasons covered by our limited warranty. We have zero responsibility for, and our policies and warranty do not apply, to any product purchased from a non-authorized retailer, private sale, etc.
